There are no constraints for this content.  I like putting it into columns for more flexibility though.

To use a full-width background, you must put all the content inside of a columns element. You can then use the ID of the columns element to modify the background using Javascript and CSS.

 

I placed spacing elements at the top of each column and below the image to give some padding to the content within the columns element as well.
